このアプリ使用は簡単で便利です。設置以外は特になにもする必要がないです。普通に歩くことで感染者の近くにいたことならアプリから注意知らせが来ます。エストニア政府と民間企業の協力で作られてたアプリであるので安全に利用できます。

Estonia’s coronavirus warning application HOIA is available on Google Play and Play Store from August 20. The app can warn users if they have been in close contact with people who have registered as carriers of COVID-19. The application was created in cooperation of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Welfare Information Systems Center, Health Board and 12 Estonian companies.
